Thanx for ur inputs. My organisation has been kind enough to respond to my leave request thought i am not sure if they are looking at it as a paid leave or an unpaid leave. Hoever, I would get this clarified before i avail the leave. They have giben me options on how i can be on a full time leave for abt a week and then work half day for a fews days. We are still discussing.

Hi All,
Regarding Maternity leave. is it possible to combine the maternity leave with Earned leave or priviliage leave. one of our employee applied for maternity leave of 12 weeks. she has got 36 Earned leave which she want to take with maternity leave.
Kindly advice whether this is possible or not.
