I'm in the process of making my project report (MBA), and my topic is related to Attrition and Retention in the Hotel Industry.
For the theoretical aspect, I have considered including the attrition rates of different sectors/industries. However, I have only been able to find the data for the year 2007. Could anybody help me out by providing the figures for 2008-2009? I would be highly obliged. Just for clarity, I am attaching the data for 2007 that I have found.
