Hi Vijay Babu,
Good posting. I would like to add that this post simply explains the Stress Management technique. In today's fast-paced way of life, everybody is in a hurry and they forget to relax. (Time Management is also essential.) Stress is the main culprit for many diseases.
My dear members,
Please try to learn techniques for Stress and Time Management.

Hi,
This is a very good lesson but quite difficult to practice for many people. I remember emailing this PowerPoint presentation to my employees, and some of them replied back saying, "Please ask my boss to let me put that glass down" :-D. This actually depends entirely on the person. It might sound easy, but it is quite difficult to practice. If you receive regular criticism from your boss, it is very difficult to forget that completely before you fall asleep.
But, as is said, nothing is impossible, and practice can always make a man perfect! 😛

Dear Mr. Vijay,
While PowerPoint presentations (PPT) are theoretically fabulous, practically, they fall short. In my opinion, no one in the world is interested in taking unnecessary stress. There are a few things in the world over which man does not have any control. Stress is one of them.
Please do not take my words otherwise.
