1) Appropriately defining a company's recruitment criteria and then recruiting according to those guidelines is very important, which most companies don't do.
2) The time spent analyzing a candidate's stability and key strengths as per job requirements is insufficient, resulting in the recruitment of incapable or incompetent individuals.
3) Paying adequately and recruiting fewer candidates would attract the best in the industry and ultimately help in spending less time replenishing vacant positions.
A company develops when the people in the organization develop. This means that existing personnel in the organization are capable of handling more responsibility and are moving to the next level.
