You can start a new job site with good experience in how the naukri business works. Then, you can ask some financiers to sponsor your project to register this job site and start earning.

I believe your experience has limited options in the market at present where recruitment is temporarily frozen. Therefore, you have a good amount of time to build your case before the economic boom arrives. Be prepared.

Hi Dear,

That's lovely that you have so much potential in technicalities from an HR point of view. It's a good idea to focus on the Generalist area. It's very interesting. Why don't you consider taking some short-term HR courses in the Generalist area? I have also completed one in Bangalore (www.hrhouse.com). They provide comprehensive practical training in HR Generalist areas such as how to fix components in appointment letters as per the law, payroll processing, training & development, and labor law compliance (from A to Z). It's very useful, as I have done the same. Check if there are similar institutes in the Delhi area. It's just a one-month course but it will help you understand the Generalist profile.
