I am working in IT industry. I had joined one company in Dec08 and immediatly the company had laid off and fired all employee in Jan 09.
That time they said our full & final settlement will be clear with 30 days. After that they take lots of dedlines and they paid all the people except me. Now they are not paying me and now I have alone.
What to do now?

y thy r not paying?? had u approached thm, in this regard?? do thy hav any specfic reason?? lemme clear......

Actaully after 30 days we all employee gathered in office that time ceo told us to give more period till march 5 so we just tell him to give it in written. They told, not able to give in written. He told that he do not have authority to give written. (but he had authority to fired out all 45 people). That time his approch was just ridiculas. Then we said we can not go so they called police we also called reporters and one newschannel.
After Inspector came he (PSI) told to give whatever period is on paper, that time ceo said yes and he don't have any problem to give and he told that he will take March 31 to clear all. We all agreed. Still after 31 march we send mail he said a week.In that time he gave salaries to that people who get harsh on him in the meeting. before 31 march. We few remain, then after 10 day we also gend gentle remindwer mail then he giving increases deadlines by every day.
That time my fianancial position was too much frustrating so i send him mail and use word rubbish in that. after that all people get except me so icall them . And went to office. That time he said that my check is ready but you have to go Aurangabad to head office to get it from chairman. Because he send that mail to chairman. I cleary appologiese him and told him about my frustrations. But that time he said why ru calling reports and etc he has taking responsible for me.
Then I said i agree i will go head office. They said we will take appointment and then u go. I send them mail last week about days when i will go and take appointment. But still they are saying they yet not get reply. It seems that they playing with me and increasing period but my fiannacial condition worsing..
Please help waht to do? Can i complaint against them in police I go to labor commission?

I can understand your financial crunch, but, act in realistic way. If the amount is huge, u cud fyt with them, but, if it a month salary, leav it off and try for good openin. U vl meet such ppl in all streamz of ur life, don't panic r get emotionally attached, think optimistic n act in realistic way.
Vijay, it is very clear that thy are juz draggin the process and tat is because of ur mail! yes, u cud go to police station / Labour court by all means, but the consequences u face by these processes are time and money consuming. I wud suggest, at this juncture, leav a formal complaint to police / file a case on the concern n leav it for time being. Make urslf strong, get a job as soon as possible, make urslf healthy enough to fyt wit such ppl, sure u vl get bck ur money.
