Dear Seniors,

I'm Sushanta. I have an issue regarding Full & Final Settlement. I was working at Paytronic Network Pvt Ltd. I was terminated from my job on 16th December, citing poor performance. However, I knew the exact reason behind it and decided to resign from my position.

I was informed that my Full & Final Settlement would be processed within 30 days from the date of my resignation. It has now been almost 3 months since I submitted my resignation, but my settlement has not been completed. The HR and Accounts departments are not responding to my calls, and sometimes they are not even picking up the phone. My immediate boss is also unresponsive.

Each time I contact them, they assure me that it will be settled by "TOMORROW," but this "TOMORROW" never arrives. I am frustrated with this situation as I incur significant costs from making regular STD calls.

Please advise me on any legal avenues to ensure my settlement is processed, along with the reimbursement of any outstanding amounts with interest.

Please send your request for final settlement in writing and the letter should be sent by Registered Post with acknowledgment. You will get the amount. Regards, Madhu.T.K

Regarding the full and final settlement, some formalities have to be completed. First, you need to confirm if you have cleared all the departments. It is essential not to antagonize the employer but instead, provide substantial proof. Therefore, send a request to your employer via registered post with acknowledgment for your Full and Final settlement, showing flexibility for availability if further discussions are necessary.

Have you obtained clearances from all departments? Have you submitted all the required documents to the finance department? Ensure that you have checked everything thoroughly and not missed any details.

Shusantha, don't worry. You will never lose your F&F from your previous employer. Please follow the above suggestions given by our seniors and send a request letter with earlier correspondence references by registered post with acknowledgment due. Then contact your employer. You will get your F&F very soon. All the best.
