Dear all,

I am assisting my organization in developing a change management strategy. We have conducted some workshops and identified key issues to be addressed. This now needs to be developed into an action plan that the organization can use over the coming months. I am wondering if anyone has suggestions on formulating the action plan and structuring an overall strategy, e.g., whether in themes of issues or stages of action, etc. Maybe someone has a template that they've used before?

Also, I'm keen to get a hold of some case studies where change was implemented successfully, particularly in healthcare and with nursing staff.

Thank you for your help in advance, and happy new year to all.

Cheers

Dear Gora,

Please reconsider the idea of using existing templates. If you are comfortable using a template or workflow, please utilize the FMEA chart after customizing it to suit the changes you would like to bring in to the organization. Every change you suggest can be taken up as an individual project with a start date, end date, specific tasks assigned to people, etc.
