Hi,

As I am a new face in XCompany, my boss has requested me to lead a short 10-15 minute slot of our team-building event for about 18 staff members, ranging from the bottom to the top level. I hope you could suggest a fun, practical, corporate indoor event with easy tools for preparation.

From what I've discovered here, many games and activities are time-consuming. I would appreciate your help in finding a simple one. Thank you.

Hi,

Happy New Year!

Materials required: ball, ropes.

Make your team into 3 or 4 groups. Ask each group to take the ball from one corner of the big room to another corner without touching the ball. They can only use ropes. Everyone in the team must participate.

The team that carries the ball first is the winner. This ensures coordination, planning, balancing of different forces, and a lot of teamwork.

Regards,
Vijay.

Give a shape (like a triangle) to each team and ask them to draw objects from the shapes. They have to come up with objects such as 'top of a hut', an arrow mark, the alphabet A, and an 'error symbol' that arises during web page loading. The team that guesses more objects will be the winner. This activity will help the team realize the importance of individual views in problem-solving.

Set a separate time limit for thinking/discussing and drawing, so that they can also learn about team cooperation.
