I have enormous amount of balance leaves as i have not been taking them in the entire year. But now that i want to put my papers down can i negoniate my notice perios as againts my balance leaves. In a indirect discussion with my HR i was informed that i can encash my balance elaves but will have to serve the notice period or else i will have to pay and buy my resume for nto serving the notice period.
