Folks,

Our company is going for a certification now. The basic information in this regard is that there is basically the ISO 9001 certification, and there is a CMM certification as well. Can somebody give some information on the advantages of a CMM over ISO 9001? Also, will we be skipping anything major if we go directly for a CMM? (I am aware that CMM will not cover admin and HR elaborately. But will it cover at least the basics of Admin and HR?)

In terms of financial implications, recognition, and acceptance, which is considered better: ISO or CMM?

Thanks a ton.

Hello,

I am looking to set up the HR policies for a newly established IT firm. If someone could help me with the standard policies regarding 'Leaves for employees,' then it would be a great help. You could mail it to - .

Thanks in advance.
