I could not get the article which you have specified. When we talk about 360-degree performance appraisal, I am 100% sure that a number of companies in the IT/ITES sector have implemented this function. I have conducted a project investigating the changes that have occurred in the performance management system. In this project, we focused on major MNCs in India. Most of them are following the traditional performance management system. However, we observed one company that has introduced 360-degree performance management for their top executives. The majority of the companies are not yet ready to adopt this 360-degree process.
This is the actual state that I have observed.
