Hi, We are doing Self appraisal (Only Comments), supervisor (Comments & Ratings) and reviewer (Comments & Ratings) appraisal. May I know what degree of appraisal this is?

In your appraisal process, since you have not included peers, vendors, customers, etc., it cannot be a 360-degree appraisal. As you have included self-appraisal, at best, it can be a 180-degree appraisal and not more than that.

if one person rates that is 90 degree if two person rates that is 180 degree if three person rates that is 270 degree if four person rates that is 360 degree

It is not just the number of persons that matters. Their level also matters, i.e., whether junior, senior, or peer. Please take into account their designations as well.
