Hi all,

I am doing a project on Performance Appraisal System in a company that deals with a variety of businesses, such as Medical Transcription, Software Development, and Call Centre. So, I feel this is a good company where I can formulate JD's and KRA's for the employees. Currently, I have circulated a questionnaire for the same. However, I'm not able to interpret the data collected. Can anybody help me out with the data interpretation so that I will be able to formulate JD's?
