There are a lot of motivational theories, but they are not yielding desired results in today's fast-changing world where attracting new talent and retaining them is a $1000 question. Best facilities and handsome pay packets will not necessarily motivate people. There is now a need to either touch their hearts by any possible means or introduce a sense of threat.
