Job specification of quality assurance analyst
1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
2. Minimum of 5 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry or 3+ years in Quality Assurance.
3. Strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice and Good Distribution Practice.
4. Fluent in English.
5. Customer oriented and service minded.
6. Strong knowledge in Quality Management Systems applicable to the pharmaceutical industry.
7. Requires interpersonal communication, group facilitation, project coordination/management and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
8. Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and tools, statistical methodologies.
9. Experienced in MS Office applications.
10. Resourceful and self starter.
11. Comfortable working in an evolving role.
12. Ability to work well with a wide range of individuals.
13. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
14. Ability to problem solve complex issues.
