= Keeping the delinquencies in control through collection/possession agencies.
= Preparing Risk Memo for newly launching locations & monitoring CCP agencies.
= Strict Adherence towards process compliance as per Audit requirement.
= Appoint vendors, yard, network with law enforcement agencies, empanel advocates, recruit outsource, facilitate infrastructure support at locations.
= Responsible for branch / product / unit performance.
= Link between support unit, reporting authority and peer functions, Responsible for performance of support mechanism like Tele callers / Back end.
= Ensure filing of legal cases / court proceedings as per legal policy directions.
= Review performance of vendors / outsourced / support staffs / lawyers and give feedback & support to achieve desired result as per the target.
= Adhere strict discipline on routine MIS & reports.
= To generate demand list for support staffs, to allocate the cases to agencies.
