Hi Vikas,
I am based at Mumbai and looking for some training assignment.
I have total 6 yrs of experience in Training, BPO and KPO. Have 2000 hours of training experience. Have conducted competency training programs such as customer service orientation, communication skills, business etiquette, time management, etc. got experience of training KPO, BPO, Retail teams. Have worked extensively with the Tata group and trained Tata Sky, Voltas and Tata Teleservices teams on project basis.
I am certified content designer based on UK standards.
