i am working in a real estate/construction company as a payroll excecutive.We hired a person on 14000/-pm (Basic 8000/ as a cheque and rest of 3000(H.R.A) and 3000/-(conveyance allowence) in a cash pls tell me what amount should we showed by us on our Pay Slip the cheque amount or both (cheque as well as cash).

The payslip contains the actul payments made on the left side and deductions made on the right side, so all the components should be shown whichever is paid on an monthly eligibility. The deductions like the PF, Professional tax and Income tax should be shown on the right side. The amount that accumulates on the left side is the Gross monthly salary, and by deducting gross salary with the deductions. The net payable(net pay) that is take home salary should be mentioned at the below.
