Hi All,

Has anyone worked on an Improvement Plan for an employee with low performance, which can be due to various reasons like a disconnect with the role, dissatisfaction, or personal reasons, etc.

A Performance Improvement Plan can evaluate him/her for a specific duration, and upon completion of which, a decision can be made on whether to continue or ask the employee to leave. Please let me know if anyone has worked on similar lines or otherwise.

Hi All,

If somebody can share with me on how the implementation of PIP can be done, and also the workflow of the same, it would be of great help. I am currently working for a startup where I have to get this implemented.

Dear,

If you are really serious about it, to make sure that we get the best result, we need to know what's the real issue bothering the employee. We had amazing and long-term great success!

PIP - Performance Improvement Plan too needs to be intelligent to have a real good effect. Examples are available online if you search right.
