While it is 15th of the next month as per PF act.
As per Income tax act, it is allowed if the employer's contribution is paid on or before filling the return of income, however emplye contribution is allowed only if it paid by 15th of the next month ( month in which salries has been paid) plus 5 days grace period.
E.g. April salary paid on 7th May.
As per PF act last date for payment is 15th May.
As per Income tax act for employee contribution it is 20th June.
