In my industry, our work is scattered. For example, our contract labor (approximately 60 workers) will work in various locations within a district. In this scenario, is one license sufficient for all 60 workers in that district, or should I acquire two to three licenses instead?

2. If the establishment falls under Central Rules, then a workforce of 20 or more workmen is required for the license. However, if it falls under State Rules, the criteria for the number of contract laborers necessary to obtain the labor license, as per State Rules, must be adhered to. Otherwise, Central Rules will apply.
