Hi People,
Can any one here tell me why we need to have a witness signature at the end of the employment bond/agrrement? And if it is any thing to do with legalities, can you sugest me who are the roght people to have as witnesses? I am a HR and we are planning to start off the bond thing in our company too and I am confused with the witness issue.
Please help.

Hi all,
I'm the new comer in this forum. I got some problem here. My superior asks me to prepare an agreement to bond one of our new employees. From the past discussion, mostly case is about training bond. But my case is difference. The situation is, The selected candidate requires us to reimburse him 2 months’ salary in view of his early termination notice to his former company and on condition that he be bonded for a minimum 1 year period with us..
Could anyone assist me regarding this matter by attach me the sample of bond agreement???
Million of thanks in advance!
