Hi Everyone..
I was going through this very interesting book on 'Street Team' and thought of sharing this our HR community.. 'cause i found a great similiarity in terms of challenges they face brand themselves ion wholistic way....
One of the toughest challenges to face as a new independent artist or band is finding “the road to stardom.” We all know it’s possible to start from modest means and still be able to achieve national and international fame and fortune. But the biggest question is: how do you create a local buzz and turn it into gold? :?:
HR organizations in small and big companies are facing the same challenges: How to create a local buzz and turn into gold on a global level....
See if you could find any such relevent learning after going through this post.... Feel free to post your suggestion.....
Cheers 8)
