Sodexho coupons is an attempt to save your income tax.
For example, if some companies work on a 70-30 scheme where 70% is your taxable income and 30% is non taxable, then 20% of your income will have sodexho coupon component also. If you wish to withdraw from the scheme, then the income becomes taxable.

thanks for your doubt. i enquired with our a/cs dept.
i came to know that the limit has been removed from current financial yr. and before that the limit was Rs.50/- per day (50*26 days=1300/-p.m.)
