HiFor P.Tax Registration u required to Submit Form No. 1. Trade Licence copy, Blank latter head and some time they also ask for P&L account & Balance Sheet for the said registered firm, after submitting this formalities they also provide a number and also a registration certificate for P.Tax.any thing more mail me at :
