Our company's SEZ project (under construction) is in the state of Gujarat, while the same is registered in the State of Delhi. I wanted to know what the rate of Professional Tax of the Company, i.e., EMPLOYER is.
Kindly advise whether the same is applicable since incorporation. If so, what are the penalty provisions?

I'm not asking for the Employees' Professional Tax but want to know the Employers' Professional Tax, for example, it is Rs. 2,500/- in the State of West Bengal. Kindly read my query carefully. Trust what I wanted to know is meant by it.

PROFESSIONAL TAX FOR COMPANY SHOULD BE PAID ON OR BEFORE 30TH SEPT, THE AMOUNT IS Rs. 2000 PER YEAR. THERE IS NO PAYMENT FORM TO BE FLLED.
