Hi Pramod,
The salary structure that I designed for the company is very simple yet handy. The best approach is to calculate a ratio of education/qualification, knowledge, and experience. Then, set certain points on a rating scale for each of the three criteria and create a salary slab to determine which category each individual falls under based on the points.
