I am in final MBA. I will have to submit project in HR. I have chosen" Recruitment Process" as my topic. Please inform whether any suitable title on the subject. I will be doing the project in the FMCG manufacturing industry. What are the statistical methods can be used for this project and is there a need for preparation of questionnaire as this is not comparative study.
Looking for a valuable suggestions early as I have to submit my proposal by 27.12.07.
