Hi Shamil, Thats an excellent article. In my current organization, I have implemented a complete automated system to manage the process. This is a web based solution. Regards, Srivathsa

Hi Shamil
Good to see recommendations for effectively using IT for HR.
I have always been a promoter of technology to increase productivity. The main bottlenecks I have faced in my endeavour are:
1. No interest of the HR to learn and adapt to technology as they feel comfortable doing things manually
2. Reluctance on the part of the Top Line to enforce automation
3. Fear of data being accessible to many
Though these were few of these were managable, the biggest challenge was creating the shift in attitude towards technology!
I am sure with more and more techno-savvy HR professionals adding up it would not be far when everything would be automated and we would see a Paperless and eco-friendly office.
Cheers!
