I am Rupa.I am a fresher I joined newly in a company. The problem is two employees in our company fought together. The fight is regarding the attitude problem with other employee and they approached HR department to sort out this problem.Kindly give some solutions for this problem so that i should not hurt management and the employee.

Tell us what is the problem and what is that made them to fight, you can identigy the reason behind their fight and try to solve it or you can give some inputs on the fight so that anyone from the group can guide you through how to tackle it
