Hi All, I recently joined a "Medical Transcriptionist Company's as an HR Manager. They didn't have a proper HR department and now a lot lies on my shoulders. I would really appreciate if someone can guide me with the "job descriptions" of medical transcriptionists and quality controllers. Kindly clarify: arent KRA's and primary job responsibilities the same? if not how they differ and if anyone can quote an example or two to make the difference clear!
