Employee resign from service in 2006 after 10 years completed service, Age (46 years )so he his not eligible to withdraw approximate 1.60 lacs 2nd parts of EPFO.
He applied for reduce rate pension before 58 years age, accordingly EPFO accept request and started paying pension Rs 728.00 pm.
As on date till he got credit Rs.728.00 pm which he feel not appropiate.
Please let us know can he withdraw total amount lying on pension fund account or advice how to apply for regular pension or atleast minimum Rs 1000
