I joined the small organisation company A and left during probation period, company provided the reliving letter, in next organisation Company B asking for experience letter so I prepared it from my side and submitted, but while preparing I make mistakes and put wrong date like 18 instead of 15.
During BGV this get caught, I came clean to previous employer Company A, they only confirm the employment details as per company record and didn't comment on document authenticity.
