Hello All, I hope You are all doing great.
I have an issue with the current organization. However, I disclosed the details while Joining stating that I have been working on the organisation for a few days, and based on the offer letter I got it this offer, all the letters are attached to the email I have sent.
However, they have raised a discrepancy for 18 days NCP after 4 years. The previous employer is not willing to support me.
Joining of Current company is on 5th Feb 2021 - till date
The previous company I worked for 19 Jan 2021 to 4th of Feb
At the previous company, I sent an email to HR stating that I was resigning from the position, the mail was sent on the 4th of Feb 2021, though they did not accept it immediately and directly marked the incorrect exit date under NCP.
My current employer is now giving me trouble for the same to change asap, or else I will be relieved from the services.
I want to know how will this impact my career. Will I be able to get a Job if the current employer releases me?
