Dear Sir/Madam,
At the time of joining, I signed in bond for 03 years, but for my post there is no training. But in bond clearly stated we are giving training, when you breach the bond need to pay 01 year gross. unfortuately due to heavy stress and my health not support. So i resign the job. My G.M accepted my resingnation, But HR GM they are not accepting my resingination. How can i approach.
