It does not matter, since you are a 5 day working 2 days off every week would be a regular feature. You have to regularise the off days and treat them to be paid days. This would be a good feature for your work-life balance. Whether you are B2B or B2C company also does not make any difference. What problems are you anticipating in this? .

There are so many Cos/establishments following 5 days week working with 2 days paid off now a days across all sectors. Nothing significant the same is followed in your estt. Most of the MNCs follow this system. What I see in these cases is their working hours during week days are adjusted to compensate for the extra one day off. Similar pattern is adopted in establishments, banks etc who follow 2nd Saturdays & 4th Saturday being paid holidays. Are you facing any problem or anticipated ?
