Hi All,
I am trying to define a incentive scheme for our demand/lead generation team and need 3 measurable parameters.
I have identified two and would need help to identify is these are standard in the SAAS/IT companies or should these be modified? Would appreciate suggestion on this. Thanks.

1. Number of Qualified Leads: what should be the criteria to identify lead as a qualified lead?
2. Lead Response Time: The time it takes for the team to follow up on a lead after it's identified
