The salary for the days worked should be paid within 7 days of the salary circle. If the project is completed and the employment is terminated, the amount due should be paid. If not paid, you can file a complaint before the appropriate authority.

Hi Shankar,

After the completion of a project, there is a possibility that unpaid wages may become an issue. It is crucial for both employers and employees to ensure that all wages are paid in a timely manner to avoid any potential legal disputes. This not only helps in maintaining a positive working relationship but also ensures compliance with labour laws and regulations.

It is advisable for employers to have clear and transparent payment policies in place to avoid any confusion or disputes regarding wages. Additionally, keeping accurate records of hours worked and wages paid can help in resolving any potential issues that may arise after the completion of a project.

On the other hand, employees should also be proactive in ensuring that they receive their rightful wages for the work they have completed. If there are any discrepancies or delays in payment, it is important to address them promptly with the employer to seek resolution.

In conclusion, addressing unpaid wages after the completion of a project is essential for maintaining a fair and lawful work environment. By establishing clear payment policies and maintaining open communication, both employers and employees can work towards preventing any potential unpaid wages cases from arising.

Thanks

Dear Friend,
The wages to be paid within 7-10 days from the end of month or other wise in next 48 hours of close or end of work.
In case employer fails to pay or disburse the wages in time attracts action by the authority.
In case of project completion or winding-up work site, the agency should complete the payment of wages and dues to the employed. The workmen remained absent or left the works site to be paid online or by cheque to his address. In case of failure to pay online or cheque, thr employer deposit the unpaid wages or outstanding amount with the Licensing Authority and need to take the clearance.
