Dear friends,
We are planning for our next year holiday list. In that we will close 5days for our corporate office for the purpose of National holidays(3) and 2 major festival ie Holi and Deepawali. And we will give 6 restricted holidays for our employees for the rest of the festivals. In this connection i need one clarification that if the person doesn't avail RH then what is the procedure ? That means we have to compensate this day or not?
