Employed at Lintas Service Ltd from 01.01.1979 to 31.05.1981. Lintas Pension Fund and LIC credited my account but did not credit my EPF. Being old, I was not able to find my EPF number. Thus, Lintas says they are not liable to pay. Having approached the PRO office, I enclosed my PAN card, pension fund records, and employment certificate. Now, it seems from the records that I, G.I. Singh, the real employee's name is G.D. Singh for the exact same time and same dates of employment, and I have vanished. Now, others like Decunha, Balki, Kabir Bedi, my coworkers, all have assured the employee help, but nothing has materialized. Now, I ask for help in this matter in Delhi High Court W.P. C 10357/2021. Such a huge company is acting in the most immoral manner, and help is grateful.

Understanding the Situation
It is concerning that your EPF contributions were not credited despite your employment at Lintas Service Ltd during the specified period. The discovery of a potential case of identity mix-up further complicates the matter. Here are some steps you can consider to address this issue effectively:

Step 1: Gather Relevant Documentation
- Ensure you have all necessary documents, including your employment records, pension fund statements, PAN card, and any other relevant paperwork that can support your case.

Step 2: Contact EPF Authorities
- Reach out to the Employees' Provident Fund Organization (EPFO) in India to inquire about your EPF account using the details you have, such as your name, date of birth, and previous employment information.

Step 3: Legal Assistance
- Given the complexity of the situation, consider seeking legal advice to understand your rights and options. A lawyer specializing in labor laws can guide you on the best course of action.

Step 4: File a Complaint
- If necessary, file a formal complaint with the EPFO regarding the non-crediting of your EPF contributions. Provide all supporting documents to substantiate your claim.

Step 5: Delhi High Court Petition
- Pursue your case in the Delhi High Court as per the details provided (W.P. C 10357/2021). Present your case clearly, highlighting the discrepancies and seeking a resolution to the matter.

Seeking Resolution
