Policy making is a big, tedious process. There should be a reason, why a policy has to be created, who will be covered, whether any legal provisions have to be included, whether such a policy will be effective if implemented.Further, the language one uses in writing a policy should be lucid, clear, without grammatical errors, proper English usage etc. I conducted a training on How to write Policies and procedures for employees of Qatar Petroleum, in Doha, Qatar in 2019.
