Hi, I have a concern, there is an overlapping of 11 days in my work experience. What happened is I resigned from Company A and my last working was 3 July 2023 and on 5 June 2023, I sent an email to my manager that I want my last working day on 22 June 2023 but they denied early release as joining on 23 June 2023 for Company B so I left the Company A on 22 June 2023 thinking that my manager would change my last working day but it was not done so now I am in Company B and there are 11 days overlapping so should I resign or abscond? And join the next company?
And one more concern how will the PF Thing go? Like if i join the next company now they will Also catch me through UAN that there is 11 days overlap and BGV won’t be cleared
And today I also got the auto pf transfer request from Company A to Company B
So should I stop? In future will it create any problem if I go for withdrawal?

Upto joining Company B is clear. But why should you abscond from Company B? Is it that you keep on changing your employment? Don't you think that it will spoil your career? You must be thinking it is not my business to know!
