4. 🤹 Issue of employment card: The principal employer is required to issue an employment card in Form XIV to every worker within three days of the employment of the worker.
5. 🤹 Issue of service certificate: On termination of employment for any reason whatsoever, the principal employer shall issue to the contract labor a service certificate in Form XV.
6. 🤹 Return to be sent by the principal employer: The principal employer is required to send a return in duplicate in Form XXV to the Registering Officer, soon after the termination of each contract.
Please note that if a principal employer fails to fulfill these obligations, they may be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to three months, or with a fine which may extend to one thousand rupees, or with both.
