I have joined in this organisation on 15th Dec 2022, and as per my appointment letter I have to serve my probation period of 6 months.
Suppose if I resign before 6 month in that case I have to provide 1 month notice after confirmation it's 3 month notice period. For an instance I leave before probation then I have to pay one month gross amount to company and after probation I have to pay 3 month gross.
Now my question is, I am not resigning and about to complete my probation; if my company says ATG (Ask To Go) am I eligible to take 3-month notice amount from my present employer?

What do you want Mr Saroj Kumar? Do you want to continue with employment or the employer to terminate/ Asking you To Go? What is troubling you? If there is any apprehension that the employer may ask you to go, and will it happen after confirmation so that you can get three months salary, you are mistaken. No employer who has decided that the employee be allowed to continue will confirm him in service and then ask him to go by paying three months' salary as notice pay but such an employer will always ask him to go immediately by paying him one month salary as notice pay. I hope you have understood what I have written.
