I am having query related to EPF. While preparing EPF Challan there is one column (Refund of Advances). Kindly help me on this column i.e. what exactly is the use of this Column and how to use it?

Employees can take advance from the EPF subject to certain conditions. This advance is non refundable but those who wish to refund the advance taken from their respective PF accounts can refund it either in part or full. This is done through the employer. The employer can deduct the amount from the salary every month over and above the normal deduction. The amount so deducted towards refund is shown in the challan separately.
