Dear All, Request all the senior members to guide me for following questions :

What is monthly limit for PL & CL allotment to employee.
Same way if any employee takes 11 days leave or leave for a week or more than that , how the leaves should be allotted in these case , whether to allot PL in monthly limits and deduct the remaining days? or CL & PL to be combined over all. Currently employees are allotted with 14 PL and 10 CL for a year.

Suggestions are thankful in advance.

1. CL and PL Can't be combined.

2. Refer your Leave Policy.

3. PL /EL is subject to Earning - 20 working days is equal to one EL.

4. PL can be accumulated up to 30 Balance in your records- Rest Balance EL will be adjust or En-cash as per the Policy.
