Earlier, it was the responsibility of HR to ensure that the necessary tasks were completed for the employee to receive their payment. However, now your role is complete once you provide details such as UAN and member ID. The employee can then choose to transfer the funds to a new account with their new employer or withdraw the sum. You should also approve any changes made by the employee to their KYC information.
