Hello all,

I joined the organization where I was just doing the basics of HR, like a holiday list, biometric discipline rules and regulations, and in-house activities. Today, I am a full-fledged HR manager in the company. Can anybody help me in terms of the leaves, hiring process in detail, and PF, etc.? Can I do an online course for upgrading myself? Please suggest.
