I would like to know if we can add a "No show Penalty clause" on the offer letter to avoid No shows. Please suggest. If so, can you please help me with a draft that you may have?

Hi,
Suppose if the candidate who had accepted the offer didn't turn up on the joining date, how will you recover the penalty amount from that candidate? The current scenario is that employees are leaving without information, selected candidates are negotiating with a new employer for a further hike. The only thing you can do is present how you, as an employer, are different from other employers in the similar industry, the opportunity for growth in your concern, welfare measures followed by you, etc.
